Location: Westgate Baseball Fields @ Scotts Run Community Park, behind Westgate Elementary School

Schedule:

8:45a   All teams meet at Pimmit Hills School, 7510 Lisle Ave, McLean. (See graphic below for team staging.)

9:00a  Parade begins, proceeds to the fields behind Westgate Elementary School, 7500 Magarity Rd, McLean.

9:30a   The ceremony begins. (NOTE: Only coaches and players allowed on the field.)  

10:00a  The program ends. 


Parking: Please utilize all parking lots around Westgate (in yellow below), including the lots on the NE side of the school near the buses, as well as the Mitre Corporation parking lot (near 7300 Dartford Rd - let security guard know you're with Little League).
 
To Bring: Players should wear their full uniforms, including hat. If the weather is chilly, it is encouraged to dress players in warm clothes and wear their uniform over a warm layer. Players should NOT bring gloves, balls, or bats to the parade. Many games will start soon after the parade, however, so please don't forget your gear!

PLEASE NOTE: PLAYERS AND COACHES ONLY WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE FIELD FOR THE CEREMONY. There is plenty of viewing around around the field for parents to watch and take pictures.
