We have one important request prior to league activities starting over the next couple weeks – Little League International requires a series of documents to be submitted for each player. These documents include:

• Little League Medical Release Form
• Residency Documents (establishing your players either 1) lives within the FCKLL boundary or 2) attends school within the FCKLL boundary)
• Proof of date of birth (passport or birth certificate)

For those who have uploaded their documents or presented these to a FCKLL official during player assessments no further action is required. Thank you!

Please access your account at FCKLL.org to upload the required documents. If you need help with this process, please visit this website. It is fine to take a picture of these documents, provided it is legible, and upload them via your mobile phone. You must upload all required documents in order to save within your player’s profile.

Unsure if you’ve already uploaded the docs? Visit your players profile, and look for attachments next to the DOB, residency, and medical release questions.
